Aaron Shipley is the son and partner of Sheila Shipley. He has been in and around the Real Estate industry for over twenty years. His lifetime around real estate has helped him to learn not only the ins and outs and the language of the industry but also the mentality it takes to treat people the way they should be treated.

His experience includes three years in the mortgage industry where he did financing on all types of loans. He won numerous Awards for volume, income, etc. The most impressive of these awards was client satisfaction. He had 99% satisfaction rating with his clients. He has two designations included the ABR and E-Pro. The E-pro shows his dedication to stay on the leading edge of technology. He also has two four-year degrees from the University of Tennessee. Both are business degrees. This gives him abundant knowledge about marketing, finance and negotiations. Aaron is licensed in Tennessee and Georgia; and already has made his place in the real estate hall of fame.
