Having been a resident of the Valley since 1981 and a mother of three sons, I’m very familiar with the schools and communities of this area. I am a full time realtor, have been licensed since 1989, an excellent negotiator and an extremely hard worker. I am proactive and think creatively outside the box on putting deals together. I participated in the Beyond Excellence Conference where I was able to share ideas with other top producing agents! I am a graduate of the very intensive training course known as Top Gun. It is one of the top real estate marketing courses in the country.
On January 17th, 2007 I developed a severe case of pneumonia and sepsis that I nearly died from due to the many complications. This began with a medically induced coma and medically induced paralysis and remaining in ICU for four weeks. After a nine week catastrophic experience in three different hospitals, my muscles were atrophied. I had to learn to walk all over again and go through extensive rehabilitation and therapy for the next eight weeks. I had to work extremely hard to get my business going again after my recovery. I was awarded the #2 agent out of 101 agents at our office with 23 transactions closed in a very challenging real estate market only working part of the year! In 2008, I was awarded the #1 agent out of nearly a 100 agents at our office with 43 closed transactions! I've closed 57 transactions in the past 12 months!
