About Barbara Gulick
The operation of Prudential Gulick, REALTORS is led by Broker/Owner Barbara J. Gulick. Barb has been enjoying a successful career as a REALTOR since 1975. In 1979, she earned her broker's license and became a manager of a branch office of another real estate company. She operated in that capacity for 3 1/2 years.
She and a partner opened their own business in 1987, which they operated until 1998. At that time, Barb started Prudential Gulick, REALTORS as a Broker Owner.
Since then, the company has enjoyed continued growth by aggressively working the real estate market from its Audubon PA location.
Barb has earned the designations of GRI, CRS, CRB, ABR, ASR and is eCertified. She was elected as Real Estate Associate of the year in 1985, and served as President of the Central Montgomery County Board of REALTORS in 1997. She has served on various committees locally and at the state level for the Boards of REALTORS.
Since opening in the local market, Prudential Gulick, REALTORS has become a leading and respected office in Montgomery and Chester counties.
In 2004, we moved into a new larger office approximately one block from the location of our previous office. This new facility provides us with a greater capacity to serve our clients.
