The real estate market has totally shifted from traditional practices to short sales, foreclosures and bank owned properties. Sellers often have little or no equity in their properties, and buyers often have difficulty qualifying for loans to close transactions. Now, more than ever listening intently to my clients continues to be my number one priority. I have taken the time to educate myself through attending several courses and seminars to keep abreast with current market trends and forecasts and as well to sharpen my skills as a realtor. Gone are the days when it used to take 6 months to purchase a home!

In fact, I invite my buyers to actively participate in the selection process and ultimate short listing of their potential property. With sellers, I communicate and open up comparative market analysis for their information. I always work with my sellers’ agreement. This makes the selling process much easier for both the seller and the buyer purchasing the property. In addition, I am very experienced with negotiating and successfully closing short sales with Bank of America and Wells Fargo Bank with their Equator System.
