About Brian Hatfield

 
Although Brian Hatfield's Kentucky ancestry can be traced back to the early pioneers of the Bluegrass, he was actually born in Missouri. Upon obtaining a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, he ventured out of the Midwest and slowly made his way back to his Kentucky roots.

Falling in love with Lexington, Brian left the food industry to focus on a business that allowed him to be planted in a home instead of simply having a place to live. Real Estate afforded Brian and his family the perfect business. As a Realtor for the past thirteen years and a broker for five, Brian maintains the same aspirations with which he started: To provide his customers with 110% satisfaction and allow everything else to fall in place. His strong ethics and loyalty compare to the standards set by King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table.

Brian's burning desire to succeed fires his determination. Like Survivor; he Outwits, Outplays and Outlasts his competition-even when he's competing against himself. While his mind jets from completing one transaction to another, he occasionally relaxes at the water's edge-or knee deep in it-with a fly rod in hand. Oh! Is that a fish

Brian has over 10 years of experience in Real Estate development and marketing. He is currently the chair for the Sales and Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association of Lexington, and has a seat on the Board of Directors. Brian has been involved with more than a dozen residential developments, from assisting in the planning stage all the way to conceptual design. He presently oversees 13 builders, 60 realtors, and 4 developments. He extensively works w/ Developers within our community on planning, and zoning issues as well as development and design.
