About Candice & Dale Hudson
Candice Hudson was born and raised in Chicago Il. She moved to Southern California where she attended California State Northridge College. After getting married and raising a family she began her real estate career in Arizona in 1983 specializing in new home sales for one of the largest builders in Arizona. In 1986 her family moved back to Southern California and settled in the Santa Clarita Valley near Magic Mountain. There she began selling homes for one of the most respected builders in the area and spent the next several years working to bring several new neighborhoods and their new owners together. Candice says she felt as though many of the new communities were like family to her and remained close friends with many of the new residents for years.
In the early 90’s she added a new dimension to her real estate career when she became involved in the mortgage financing field and the residential resale field. At one point she became the only licensed REALTOR® at Realty Executives in Valencia that did both loan originating and resale activities for the company. In the mid 90’s she returned to new home sales for the number one builder in the nation and once again began uniting families with their new home in the hills overlooking the Santa Clarita Valley.
In 1994, Candice returned to Arizona with her family and picked up where she left off representing some of the local areas top builders for the next several years until 2000 when she made the ultimate leap of faith and agreed to launch the Arizona division of the nation’s largest online real estate company, ZipRealty. At ZipRealty Candice became the first and only agent to represent clients in their online searches something which was very unique and unheard of at the time. Through the years following she developed an entire team of agents to work with her after she received her Arizona Brokers license. The Arizona team became the most successful team in the company not only in sales but also in customer service. This success resulted in Candice becoming an Area Broker for ZipRealty where she was responsible for helping teams along with their division managers in Southern California duplicate the success of the Arizona team.
Candice’s success with managing and overseeing real estate agents caught the eye of Prudential Arizona Properties which later led to a Branch Manager position with their most successful office in Troon North. Being able to work close to home and have more time with her family was a very tempting offer which she could not refuse. Her Troon North office led the company in revenue and production.
During this time Candice also managed to obtain several designations including the very prestigious “Certified Residential Broker” as well as volunteering and serving as a Director for the Arizona Association of Realtors. Candice also helped the Arizona Multiple Listing service when it became evident that the real estate community online was here to stay and along with several other top brokers in town began formulating rules and regulations to control how information online would he handled.
Sonoran Fine Properties began as a company designed to be only the “best of the best”. There was never any intention of building it to be the largest or top money making company. Only truly experienced agents with an impeccable history and who had worked with Candice or Dale in the past were invited to work at Sonoran Fine Properties. The concept of working with trusted friends who could be relied on to always give 100% and offer knowledge and experience to their clients was how this company was born. To this day the company remains committed to only working with people we trust and people we know.
Candice lives in Cave Creek with her husband, the designated broker for Sonoran Fine Properties, Dale Hudson. They traded in their upscale subdivision home for a smaller home with a beautiful view of the Black Mountain and like to think that their neighbors are now the coyotes and quails in the natural desert along with a few real people scattered here and there.
