About Cathe Epps

 

Cathe C. Epps is a Columbia College graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Accounting. Cathe worked as an accountant for 11 years before changing her career to become a Realtor and she has never looked back. Cathe has worked diligently to help people find their dream homes in Kershaw, Lee, Sumter, Fairfield and Richland counties. She has also marketed homes and got them sold in these same areas.

Cathe is dedicated to ensuring the success of your real estate strategies through an honest work ethic and with a high degree of integrity and professionalism. Some recognitions and certifications Cathe has held are as follows: President of the Kershaw County Board of Realtors, Chairperson of the Kershaw County of Realtors Community Service, Graduate of the South Carolina Realtors Leadership 2010, South Carolina Realtors member of Leadership SCR committee, Member of the National Association of Realtors, Treasurer and Vice President of the Lugoff Elementary PTO.
