Chris A. Castillo is the owner of CPA Advantage Realty, LLC and Pinnacle One Lending, LLC. Chris is a Graduate of ASU with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Accountancy. After College he spent 5 years as an Auditor for Deloitte & Touche LLP. He has earned his Real Estate Broker's license, his Mortgage Broker's license and also is a CPA. With his broad background, Chris continues to develop and implement new technologies whereby utilizing his knowledge of the industry to help his clients achieve their housing goals. As a result, Chris specializes in the sales of Custom Home Sites and Luxury Homes across the Phoenix Metroplex.
