Hi! My name's Christopher and my passion is to strive for perfection and settle for excellence! How this works for you is that I'm serious about providing the most professional level of service in the industry. This includes quality transactional activities that produce results as well as follow-up and follow-through, sense of urgency, regular communication, marketing strategies that work, employing cutting-edge technology and integrity.

Prior to becoming a full time real estate consultant, I spent 17 years in "corporate America"; responsible for hiring/firing, training, payroll, safety, benefits administration and retirement plans, employee relations, employment law, DOT compliance, etc. This career background provides me a truly unique ability to understand people and business.

After starting in real estate in May of 2006 and earning my license, I jumped right into the advanced coursework (in real estate law, finance, taxation, investments, specialization, etc.) to earn the GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) in less than 4 months!

The significance of this is better appreciated when one realizes that:

- Only Realtors can pursue the GRI (not all licensed agents are Realtors), and then,
- Only about 20% of the Realtors ever bother to earn the GRI, and
- Those that do generally take 4-6 YEARS to get it.

I earned mine in less than 4 months because I didn't want to be "practicing" real estate on my first few clients... I wanted to know what I was doing and how best to serve them!
