Connie Nies is a licensed Realtor that works full time and lives in Sea Pines! She has lived on the water here for over 18 years and specializes in Waterfront properties. She also works with reloca-tion in New construction, First time Home-buyers, Resale's in Hernando, Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough.

Recently she has be-come certified as a CDPE,(Certified Distressed Property Expert), and HAFA, (Homeowners Affordable Foreclosure Alternative) and also the Short Sale Specialists certification with CRS.

She is also a licensed Pilot and she and her husband, (who is also a pilot), Tom own and fly a Piper Cherokee Warrior.
