But it doesn't have to be that way. I'm a REALTOR who fully appreciates that my customers trust me with their most valuable asset; it’s a responsibility I do not take lightly. I will do everything in my power to ensure that your real estate transaction is not only successful, but a smooth and hassle-free as possible.
I have earned the Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation. My experience covers all aspects of residential real estate including golf course communities, gated communities, waterfront properties, as well as low-rise and high-rise condominiums. I am also experienced in selling and listing Short Sale and Foreclosure properties.
I have been recognized and awarded the Gulfshore Life Magazine "Five Star Real Estate Award" in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011; an award only 7% of the areas real estate agents qualify for. I have also been recognized by the American Real Estate University as a "Foreclosure REO Specialist". This designation requires an intensive course of study and examination to complete, less than one percent of all real estate licensees have earned this recognition.
