About Curtis Stocking

 

I have lived in the Solano and Yolo County countryside my entire life and that is why I specialize in these areas for real estate. My wife Susan of 26 years and I have raised four children, three daughters and one son. I grew up involved in a family business which has given me a greater understanding for the needs of the customer and the businessperson. I have been specializing in country properties but handle numerous urban properties too.

I have many clients that are moving from or to the country and I am very capable of handling urban properties. Country properties are much more involved including understanding agriculture, leases, property lines, easements, wells, septic systems and utilities just to name a few items unique to country properties. I have been very active in the community, serving as President of Vacaville Police Activities League, Chairman of the Vacaville Chamber of Commerce, Director of Solano Community Foundation and a Director of the Solano Midnight Sun Foundation. I truly specialize in people, customer service and doing things correctly the first time to make every real estate experience a positive one.
