About Dennis Samuelson
A native of Tacoma, Washington, Dennis first visited the Charleston area with his family in 1989 and fell in love with it. They purchased property at Wild Dunes Resort in 1991 and made the permanent move to Isle of Palms in 2000. Following a four-year partnership as Managing Partner and Owner of another successful real estate company on the island, Dennis and Ginger opened Carolina Coastal Properties in 2004.
Prior to the move to South Carolina, Dennis was a Senior Vice President for AlphaNet Solutions, an information technology services firm, headquartered in New Jersey and traded on NASDAQ. Dennis brings his knowledge of technology and business experience to real estate. He has earned the e-Pro designation, a rigorous certification program for Internet professionals endorsed by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Dennis is also the first Realtor in South Carolina to earn certification as an 'EcoBroker' - a unique and informative training program designed around marketing homes that are energy-efficient, sustainable, and with healthier design/features, all important issues that affect real estate transactions. Dennis' accomplishments have been recognized by his peers through the achievement of the "Realtor of Distinction" (top 7% of Realtors) since 2003. He is a REALTOR® assisting both buyers and sellers.
Dennis lives on the island with his wife, Ginger. Their two children, Greig (25 yrs) and Erin (23 yrs) attend college at College of Charleston. He enjoys all that the Lowcountry lifestyle has to offer including the beaches, boating, inshore fishing and golf.
