Holding a BSE in Business Education from the University of Central Arkansas, Diane has been in Real Estate for over 16 years. She holds a CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist) putting her in company with only 4% of the REALTORS in the US who have the experience, the commitment and the hours of advanced training necessary to attain. She has completed the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource), is a Certified Buyer's Agent, holds an e-Pro Certification, as well as completing the Realty World Sales Management & Business Training Program, Floyd Wickman Master Sales Academy, Floyd Wickman STAR Development Program in Real Estate, the 21 Plus Training Program, and continues to attend upcoming education & technology seminars to keep abreast of the latest techniques and legislation.

A former school teacher, as well as an executive office administrator for the Blackwood Brothers Quartet, Diane has brought her former career successes in management and training into the world of Real Estate and created a firm with emphasis on Service to assist home buyers and sellers with the knowledge and directions they need to make an informed decision which is right for them. An active member of the Providence Baptist Church, Diane holds honesty and integrity as benchmarks for her firm.
