Currently handling REO management and disposition for FDIC, ANB, Home Federal Saving & Loan, AHMSI Asset management, Prescient Asset Management, Quantum Asset Management, Franklin Credit, Olympus Asset Management, Tribecca Mortgage, Sterling Savings Bank, Citi-Mortgage, Single Source, Bryant REO, Green River Capital, US Bank, Precision Asset Management, Brillion, Residential & Commercial.

Full time support team of 6 licensed buyers agents, one full time administrator, one full time office manager, Property preservation coordinator, relocation assistance coordinator, Accountant, Closing coordinator, contract coordinator, field inspector, and a BPO coordinator.

We have 65 additional agents at any given time to expand our REO team to handle increased loads. Network of professional contractors, including plumbers, electricians, Roofers, Painters and general licensed contractors.
