As a Commercial Broker I have been selling and leasing commercial real estate since 2008 and currently specialize in foreclosure and investment properties. On commercial foreclosure properties I have worked in conjunction with US BANK, Excelsior management Corp and Key Bank in Salem, Oregon.
Since 1998 my personal involvement in commercial real estate developments, including multi-family housing and retail properties, further allowed my aptitude for this industry to evolve. I became a licensed broker in October 2007 with focus on the commercial sector and enjoy all of the challenges involved.
Another aspect of services offered is tenant representation for national retailers. Currently I do some work for the McDonalds Corporation which keeps me knowledgeable about the current market rates of rent in many areas. I also do quite a bit of research on existing real estate building sites and potential sites. I am ready to have more national commercial retail real estate clients to assist!
