About Geraldine Vasek

 

Following graduation from the University of Houston, Geraldine spent 15 years in retail banking, auditing and commercial real estate underwriting. In her positions as Credit Manager, Financial Manager, and Project/Financial Analyst, she developed skills in economics, financial, demographic and real estate marketing analysis. Geraldine continues to hone her skills in these areas and utilizes her ability to identify and forecast current real estate market trends to the client’s advantage.

Her highly developed sales and negotiating skills insure that you get the best deal available weather you are buying or selling a home. In order to cultivate and enhance her natural design talent, Geraldine attended the Art Institute of Houston from 2006 – 2007 to focus on interior design, decorating and staging. Prior to joining Tammy Bateman Properties, she founded E & G Design Group which provided high-end interior design services. Now that she is pursuing her passion for selling real estate, make her an ideal choice when selecting a realtor.

Geraldine has lived in the Cypress area for nine years with her husband, daughter and son. She has also purchased and sold properties in Houston and San Antonio as well. She has also interacted with builders in the greater Houston area and surrounding counties and is familiar with the building and design process of a home. Her area expertise and contacts lend insight in the implementing strategies and utilizing her local awareness of the real estate market in serving clients.

Geraldine is an active member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, The Greater Houston Partnership, the Latin Women’ s Initiative, the Houston Rice Design Alliance and a member of the Houston Association of Realtors International Advisory Board. Geraldine is also bilingual in English and Spanish.
