Holger offers a unique blend of real estate and computer experience to offer clients both a thorough knowledge of the real estate market and the latest technologies to effectively and competitively assist in the sell, lease and purchase of properties.

As an Associate Broker in PA and Broker of Record in DE, Holger is very familiar with the local real estate markets in the greater Philadelphia area and different counties within DE. He has a diverse background, having worked with buyers, banks and builders in the sale of vacant land, unlisted properties, new construction, residential homes as well as commercial buildings.

During his real estate career, Holger achieved President’s Club, Leading Edge and Honor Society awards for outstanding performance. He is also an E-PRO® Internet Professional, ABR®-Accredited Buyer Representation and ASR® –Accredited Seller Representative.

Born in Sweden, Holgor graduated from Frans Schartaus College of Business of Stockhom, earning a BA in Business Administration. He also completed coursework in law at the University of Stockholm. While in Sweden, Holger gained a strong sales and marketing background as division manager for the third largest graphics supply and equipment distributor in the country. Active in his local community, he served as a city councilor and board member of the building and zoning commission in his community. In addition, Holger served as an active member of the Swedish Air Force Reserve until his departure to the United States.

A resident of Rosemont, PA now for more than 14 years with his wife, Holgor has built a solid track record of achievement and solid success in real estate, developing customer loyalty and strong relationships with external partners.
