If you really want to know about my background ...BSBA in accounting which lends wonderfully for helping buyers get on a budget and plan for the purchase and I am great with a calculator.

I have also been a Regional Trainer for a national company.

I have been trained/schooled in New Home construction and sales, marketing, Contract/offer writing and negotiating, and have learned through experience all of the processes necessary to get all of us to the closing table in a win win fashion and with as little stress/drama as possible.
