I have lived in Idaho Falls for about 12 years. I love it.

My Philosophy of business is basically treat people the way I myself want to be treated. With that in mind, I like to think of myself as a team member to my clients. I try to always keep what's important to you as the team goal that we are all working together on. Often my clients become friends because we have enjoyed working together and I think they recognize that I care about what's important to them.

Buyers like the fact that I actually enjoy spending time showing properties and educating them on the market in general. Sellers appreciate the fact that I keep them up to date on what's selling, what's not and where they fit into that picture. They both know that I'm happy to take their calls and that I take their concerns, fears, hopes, and dreams into account when helping them through what can otherwise be a confusing process.
