Jennifer Spivey is a licensed REALTOR®, a LEED AP, and a Certified EcoBroker ®. Prior to starting her real estate business with Keller Williams Realty® she worked with the State of Georgia, first in the State Energy Program where she promoted green building and then with the Georgia Land Conservation Program where she worked on complex real estate transactions. Jennifer entered the private side of real estate in 2006 at the height of the real estate crash. She has excelled in the most difficult market since the great depression, helping clients successfully buy and sell residential real estate. Jennifer’s specialties are Certified Green Properties, Short Sales, and Land.
Jennifer is a board member of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Green Council, the 2010 Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council, and an active Instructor and advisory member of EcoBroker® International.
