My team and I work together every day serving buyers and sellers across the Phoenix metro valley. We currently specialize in bank owned and short sale/pre-foreclosure properties. We have sold 100's of Short Sales and foreclosures successfully over the past several years. I primarily work with 'regular' sellers and specialize in working with distressed sellers through the introduction, analysis and negotiation of short sale transactions.
