* Remaining a member of the Master’s Circle Group ($5 million in sales annually) which less than 10% of Wichita’s Realtors achieve.
* Remaining in the top 3% of producers for J.P. Weigand & Sons, Inc. Realtors – Wichita’s recognized leader.
* Averaging 3-5 closings per month. Maintaining 6-12 listings per month.
* Continually seeking out continuing education classes above & beyond what is required.
* Keeping current on the advanced technology available in the Real Estate industry.
* I enjoy working with all price ranges from first homes to those in excess of $500,000.

Although born in El Paso Texas, I have been a resident of Wichita for over 35 years. I am the mother of 4 growing children, a Chihuahua and an English Bulldog. As a parent I understand how important it is to be close to work, to have your children in the right schools, and to be close to your daily activities. I know how important choosing the right area of town is to the harmony and flow of your family.

I am well connected to Wichita as the following shows:

* Raised in Wichita's historic Riverside neighborhood.
* Graduated from Wichita North High School.
* Attended Wichita State University.
* My Family & I live, work & play in West Wichita.
* My children are involved with Wichita Children's Theater & attend Maize Schools.

I’m committed to the community and invest my time in the following activities:

* Supporting my husband, Jason, who is a State Representative in the Kansas Legislature.
* I am one of 9 members of the District 5 advisory board (DAB) for City Councilman Jeff Longwell.
* Member of The Junior League of Wichita.
* My husband, children and I are part of the Westlink Christian Church family.
* I am a member of the Leukemia Society's Team in Training & run marathons both as a hobby and to raise money for the fight against Cancer.
