I am a New England native and have made several corporate moves, from Connecticut to Florida and then to the Atlanta, GA. area. I love Georgia and all it has to offer. Having lived in several different states I know how hard it is to move into a new area and find a home. Let me make that process easier for you.
I am hardworking, dependable, honest in all dealings, and I have the determination and stamina to help you meet your real estate needs. My attention to detail can smooth out the wrinkles that can come into any real estate transaction. My diligence and foresight will prevent some from happening, but for those problems that do crop up, my perseverance and problem solving skills will take care of them.
I keep current with Real Estate changes and education. I feel that my constant continuing education benefits my clients in making decisions on purchasing or selling a home. This is the largest transaction a person can make, and an educated consumer makes the best decisions.

As an ABR , Accredited Buyers Representative, I enjoy helping you get the home that really fits your needs and criteria. I am a good listener and strive to get you just what you want and at a good price . I love working with first time homebuyers and have the patience to teach them all they need to know about home ownership. I also love helping clients move up to their dream home or downsize to a more suitable home once the children have moved out.
As a listing agent I pride myself on my marketing skills, and all that is needed to get a a home ready for market and then getting it SOLD. I use all the technology available to market and sell in all price ranges. The level of service is the same no matter the price range. I put you and your needs first. I believe in constant communication to keep my sellers advised as to what potential buyers are saying after viewing the home. Follow up is essential.
Residential property is a specialty area and this is my specialty. I focus on a tri-county area, Cobb, Paulding and Cherokee. I leave the marketing and selling of commercial property to the true commercial specialists and can connect you to one of them if that is your need.
