Lilli Rachel Stevens’ Background

Lilli is a native Floridian who has lived in Hollywood for over 29 years, making her extremely experienced in the South Florida market. She graduated from the University of Florida with a major in marketing, a minor in economics and a minor in mass communication.

In addition to her real estate experience and training, Lilli draws on her professional experience outside of real estate to help her clients. She previously owned Nine54/SoFla, a prominent and trendy South Florida nightlife magazine based in Fort Lauderdale, which boosted her marketing expertise. Through her earlier work assisting the South Florida-based landscaping company Creative Landscapes, Lilli is familiar with the small details of real estate -- not just how to buy and sell a home, but how to treat it and boost its value.
