About Lori Stephens

 

A Spirited Approach Growing up on a farm in Wood County, surrounded by her extended family, Lori learned life’s most important lessons. Her parents, strongly devoted to church and family, were deeply committed to making a difference in people’s lives. “One of the most precious gifts my parents gave me was the belief that everyone had equal worth.” Lori states, “I listened very intently as my parents would talk about people’s needs and how they might help.” While Lori was in high school, her father entered the ministry full-time, becoming the pastor of a new church. That was the fulfillment of a calling to help those who had nowhere else to turn. It was clear to Lori that a life lived without serving others was a life unfulfilled. Lori knew that wherever life took her, people mattered most.

Passionate About Excellence Whether it is being a mother to her son Aaron, mentoring teenagers, staying physically fit, or working as a real estate professional, Lori believes that every task should be done with excellence. “To achieve excellence, you must know what you’re passionate about,” she asserts. “You can’t do it all and do it well.” Lori keeps her focus on the important things in life and doesn’t allow distractions to hinder her from reaching her goals.

Defining Success Throughout her life, Lori has been known for her motivation to succeed. Her drive and determination along with her strong desire to help others make Lori an outstanding real estate professional. She states, “I approach every real estate transaction as if I were doing it for myself.” Lori takes the time to listen and understand her clients so she can meet their needs. “Every client is different, and I try to hear what is important to them,” she emphasizes. Lori strongly believes her role is to consult, guide, and advocate for her clients.
