Shari Gooden Carpenter knows the demographics of the Fort Lauderdale , Miami and the Palm Beaches . She was a teacher in the Broward County School system and can direct parents to the best schools in the South Florida area.

She is alumni of University of Florida and Florida International University . She has over 20 years of diverse experience handling complex administrative activities through the fields of real estate, education, and public administration.

Shari Carpenter's qualifications in real estate services include a Bachelors of Science in Communications, Masters in Public Administrative and Gold Coast School of Real Estate continuing real estate courses.

Shari Carpenter has over six year's experience with one of the nation's leading real estate company's Coldwell Banker Residential Sales. She has worked with residential sales and investment properties and has learned this aspect of the market well. Shari was enticed to work in the real estate market after overwhelming solicitation from interested buyers, sellers and friends who needed some type of real estate services.
