There are many choices when choosing a Realtor, and I like to think that I offer a unique background and set of skills that set me apart from other agents!

My experience is unique in that I have been a buyer, seller, investor, landlord AND contractor over the last 20+ years. I have bought and sold residential, multi-family and commercial properties for myself, in addition to working as agent for my clients. I have over 20 years construction experience, so I look at properties much differently than a mere saleperson. I consider myself much more--an expert consultant.

I am an investor and work well with other investors. I have renovated properties to re-sell and to hold and rent. I understand what investors look for and can help both beginners and seasoned investors for single family homes up to any size commercial property.

Moreover, I am an experienced property manager, having managed over 20 units while performing my other jobs. I offer maintenance management service to my clients as well.

My educational background includes an MBA from Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management and a BS from Heidelberg College in Tiffin, Ohio.
