As with any job, we all know the more you do it the better you get. I have negotiated more contracts on homes than most agents do in a lifetime of real estate sales in this industry. When you look at national averages for all real estate agents out there, most average around 4 to 6 deals a year as a comparison. In my time here at ZipRealty I have achieved the Century Club award, meaning I have sold more than 100 homes so far, and still counting.
