In addition to being an Associate Broker, it’s like having a graduate degree in real
estate, I have earned the following designations/certifications to help be better
represent client’s needs:
I realize that there are different stages of the home buying or home selling process and you may not be ready to work with me until a later time. That is okay. I am here for you as a resource and I would love to help you no matter what your current status is in the buying or selling process. I always put the needs and desires of my clients first no matter what (as long as it is ethical and legal). I respect your privacy and take it very seriously.
I will not send you unsolicited emails and will stop contacting you at any time that you ask me to. I always keep the details of our client to consumer relationship private and will not share anything with other agents or third parties that could compromise your goals.
I am available for you at any time unless I am sleeping! I don’t mind calls at 9:30 on a Sunday night. I promise that if you contact me I will get back to you as soon as possible. Usually it is right away, but no longer than 4 hours. Because of meetings and other business activities it is difficult for any agent to always guarantee that they will be always able to contact you back in 10 minutes, but I will always do my absolute best.
I have an excellent support system and professional network behind me including other real estate agents and Brokers in my company both locally and nationally and a network of local real estate attorneys, home inspectors, mortgage professionals and contractors.
