Mike Keleshian is the best agent that you can hope for. He has been our real estate agent for both buying and selling a house over a span of many years.

When he is helping you buy a home, he finds the house that you want at the price that you can afford without pressure or time wasted.

When he is helping you sell a home, he is patient, understanding, realistic, and proactive.

I promise you wont find a better realtor than Mike. From day one, Mike has been patient, reliable, professional and knowledgeable. He helped me every step of the way and made the entire process very smooth . I have dealt with realtors in the past that have not been dependable; when Mike says he will call, he will call. When he says he will meet you somewhere, he will be there early. He makes you feel like you are his top client.

Mike was extremely knowledgeable about the area, he had up to date information on all the properties we looked at, he knows the going prices and what’s negotiable or not. He gave us plenty of houses to look at all with our wish list items in mind. He was always available to work with us and our schedule and answer any questions we had. He was extremely helpful in explaining all the real estate terminology once we had made an offer. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent

Mike helped us to relocate from the Bay Area to El Dorado Hills 3 years ago. We probably looked at 50 houses at the time and wrote several offers - Mike was always patient, was always there for us with his expertise and patience.in hindsight, now that we know the area, he could have showed us a few more neighborhoods, but it turns out we ended up in a neighborhood we'd still pick.
