Brandon has a great understanding of the market and how to get a deal done while getting the best deal for his clients. We had some odd situations come up while purchasing a home and Brandon was with us the entire time doing everything he could for us. He always put our best interests first and we would recommend him to anyone buying a house.

Brandon was a thoughtful and clear communicator during the entire process of finding and buying our home. He was familiar with the neighborhoods within Salt Lake as well as the surrounding areas. When walking through prospective houses, Brandon was honest and thorough in our walkabout. He was willing to meet us to show houses on short notice, and once we found the house we wanted he worked quickly to seal the deal- a must have in this crazy market! We also found that Brandon is quite plugged into the community of realtors in the area, which made the home buying process that much easier for us.

As a morally and ethically correct contractor with over 30 years in the industry, which includes my inspection and preparation of certified inspections for Real Estate transactions, I have ran into more than my share of shysters! Brandon was referred to me through one of my co-workers who had a great experience of working with him. Being new to Salt Lake City, my referral network was limited as I did not know a lot of people in the city. I was very fortunate to wind up with Brandon. Brandon was extremely professional and knowledgeable in the field. This may sound rare (especially in the current real estate market) but we closed on my townhouse in a little over a month's time from Brandon's and I initial conversation of what I was looking for.He never pushed me to look or even consider something I was not interested in and had my best interest in mind. I truly believe that I would not have found the townhouse that I purchased without his help and having him as my real estate agent.This was also my first time buying a real estate and I must have asked him hundreds of questions to which he promptly replied to and gave me great answers/advice.I couldn't recommend Brandon high enough if I tried.

Brandon is the best realtor there is! He not only sold my last home but helped me find my dream home as well. He is honest, motivated, and genuinely enjoys what he does. He came out with me several times to see my home and never once batted an eyelash, in fact he seemed to be just as excited as I was. He gave me some great update ideas, was extremely knowledgeable about that neighborhood, the history of the home, and other potential homes in the area I was looking. He listened to my wants and needs and always came through with homes that had what I was looking for. I ended up getting my home at the price I needed because of the amazing letter he wrote to the sellers. He is more than just a realtor, he is family.

Brandon helped me buy my very first home! After finding out there were a total of 8 offers on the home I had my heart set on, I was pretty disappointed... especially knowing how competitive this market is.
