After 17 years in education as a teacher, counselor and assistant principal, Norm started his real estate career in 1982 as a sales associate with Mark Cofman. After 11 years of sales experience and unprecedented success, Norm & Mark started the first St. Louis franchise of Coldwell Banker under the name "Coldwell Banker Premier" where his tutelage and success carries on in the over 50 full time agents that work for Coldwell Banker Premier Group within the St. Louis Real Estate Center.
