I have been a real estate broker for 30 years. Even today, after all of those years, I still get the greatest gratification when all parties are pleased with the transaction. I still care – and will always care. By now, I know all lot of things about what to look for in property acquisitions, and more importantly, what to scrutinize. I grew up in the Panhandle of Texas, went to college at Texas Tech and majored in Microbiology (minored in Chemistry). My husband of 35 years is a native Dallasite and owns his own architectural firm. I worked in the sciences until my first child was born and by then I had begun working in real estate in the Park Cities. Today, Southlake is our hometown, and has been for the last 25 years. Our two children are grown, married and live out of the state, unfortunately. We have two grandchildren – one from each child.

I know this area of Texas very well: price structures, schools, neighborhoods, and amenities.
