Robin Kay Cooke, Associate Broker

Agent of the Year for the past two years, Robin lives in Canton and works in Plymouth, covering a wide territory primarily focused on Western Wayne County and Southern Oakland County. Before becoming licensed as an agent, and subsequently as a Broker, Robin and her husband started purchasing residential investment properties while working as the CFO for a mid-size mobile diagnostics company in Southfield. Robin resigned from that company to focus exclusively on real estate. Currently, the Cookes own 9 investment properties in Westland which they personally manage and have developed a wide network of excellent partners which her clients find invaluable.

Approximately 60% of Robin's business comes from Internet advertising, 40% from referrals and she has added associates to her business to ensure consistent and professional coverage for all of her customers and clients. She is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and has certifications as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and e-PRO, indicating she stays current in Internet and technology professionalism shaping today's real estate market.

Robin has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, a Business Education teaching certification for high school & adults both from Northern Michigan University (Marquette, MI) and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Madonna University (Livonia, MI). She has two children. Her daughter Jessica attends EMU in the Nursing program and her son Johnny attends West Middle School. Robin and her husband John, their children and two Golden Retriever dogs live in Canton where they have resided for the past 18 years.

Robin enjoys reading, traveling to warm places and being a hockey mom.
