As a Realtor who has experience in multiple states, I have worked in the greater Atlanta area since 1995. My background allows me to consult with my clients and understand their needs whether they be a first time buyer or a member of the Fifty Plus market looking to right-size their housing.

I have extensive education and certifications in New Home Sales, Luxury Real Estate Marketing and Seniors Real Estate. Throughout my years in real estate, I have been fortunate to work with Buyers and Sellers in new construction as well as the resale of homes and condominiums.

The next important facet is the marketing of your home in order to attract both agents and buyers who are qualified to purchase your property. Once an offer is received, the negotiations, inspections, and closing process are areas where the guidance of an agent with my experience is required.
