Scott’s proudest accomplishment is his family. He married his wife Marcy in 1989 and they are the proud parents of four children. Scott and Marcy have a heart to serve not only the needs of their clients but also those of their community. They founded Mercy Helps McKinney as an outreach to meet the needs of others. By networking with other local business professionals they raise money and provide assistance to those in their community facing a financial hardship.

He understands how critical home pricing is in such a competitive market so he provides full service MLS Residential Listing at only 4.5%. This saves each of his home sellers 1.5% of the standard listing commission of 6% allowing them to price their home more competitively than the competition, sell quicker and keep more money for themselves. Scott has extensive knowledge of the North Texas market, trends, communities and new home builder incentives to help you get the best possible price on your next purchase.
