Hi, I'm Sonia. I am a recipient of the Century21 TOP AGENT Awards since 2002 to present, and carry a Real Estate License for New York and Georgia. I have the designations of CBR (Certified Buyer Representative), CPS, (Certified Professional Secretary), LCCPS (London Chamber of Commerce Professional Secretary) and a Bachelors Degree in Management Studies.

On a personal note, I have a real passion for real estate, family, people, travel and New York. Originally, I am from London, England where I grew up and graduated from Chippenham College. With a love for travel, I spent nine years managing a 500-unit beach resort in Jamaica, West Indies, before moving to New York and the vibrant Wall Street financial district. There, I worked for some 12 years in the Securities Industry as a Senior Executive Assistant.

With over 24 years experience in sales and marketing; and currently as an Associate Broker with Century 21 ? the world?s largest real estate organization ? I have won various awards and have landed several multi-million dollar contracts. I specialize in residential and commercial real estate in the Queens, Brooklyn and Long Island. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Long Island Board of Realtors and the Institute of Real Estate Management. I am also associated with Easter Seals, a foundation that helps children with autism, and love to walk for other charitable causes. As well as mentoring new and upcoming real estate agents, I am backed by a team of highly reliable and capable agents who come from various accredited institutions. This team helps to ensure that everyone gets personal service at all times.

I derive joy from my professional life as I get to meet and work with so many different and interesting people.
