About Susan McFadden

 

With 18 years of Interior Design experience and four years of Real Estate experience, I have seen a lot of homes and neighborhoods. I have worked with banks doing "Broker Price Opinions" and have a strong background in how to price a home - an important aspect when selling or purchasing. I take my responsibilities very seriously. I love Real Estate and believe that the key to a successful transaction is communication and follow through. My goal, as an agent, is to provide each of my clients with exceptional customer service.

I have been in Colorado for 15 years. It's a wonderful place to live and raise a family. My husband and I love to camp in the mountains and ride the bike trails around Denver and we also love to explore the Denver restaurants and cafes - I guess you would call us "foodies"!
