Mark Fuller Team Leader

Mark is a licensed real estate professional, responsible for the operations side of the real estate practice. He is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies designed to sell homes for the highest possible price in the shortest period of time. Mark is also responsible for developing winning strategies for locating and purchasing homes for his Buyer clients.

He has a proven track record of locating and purchasing the best possible home for the lowest possible price. Mark honed his negotiating skills while President and Founder of Real Estate Solutions, Inc., a Texas Corporation specializing in the purchase and sale of problematic real estate. Mark’s expertise in networking has resulted in the development of key business partners who provide excellent professional services for his client base. He has designed the practice as a referral based business by consistently delivering exceptional services.

Dru Shoemaker
Director of Client Appreciation

Dru Shoemaker efficiently manages each transaction and assists the clients in meeting all contractual deadlines. She implements and facilitates the marketing strategies, property showings, inspections, financing, and the actual closing of the purchase. She also provides quality control management of all documents in order to maintain strict compliance with state and local regulations. Dru stays in direct contact with the clients by keeping them abreast of all critical stages of the transaction. She is also in constant contact with area businesses and delivers an excellent transaction team for the clients. Dru is also the team coordinator and marketing specialist for the Fuller Team. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 1991. She is responsible for all marketing aspects of homes listed for sale including preparation of advertisements, taking photos, preparing virtual tours, coordinatiing open houses, obtaining feedback on showings, preparing marketing statistics for clients, preparation of online marketing materials and more.

Michelle Hinton has been a licensed real estate agent since 2003, and currently holds licenses in Texas, Florida, and Hawaii. Michelle is a professional that focuses on delivering excellent service, integrity and trust to each of her clients. When a client decides to purchase a home, she enjoys guiding that person through such an important and exciting process, sharing her expertise and keeping her clients informed to ensure that each transaction progresses smoothly and painlessly.
