When Realtors discuss values, they generally focus on how much a property is worth. But what about the values that drive people's thoughts and actions? I believe in focusing on both property and personal values. My business and personal life are both built around a foundation of faith and service. Realtors can have prosperity while keeping their moral compasses pointed in the right direction, and should.

By approaching the sales process with a servant's heart, I have found that my clients have greater appreciation and trust. This often leads to strong referrals. It also removes some of the more discomforting stereotypes of the sales process.

I came into the business with the idea that sales meant you were making people buy things they don't need, but I soon realized that wasn't true. As the years pass I find I'm doing less selling and more counseling. You have to educate buyers & sellers that you're there to help, not just to sell.
