In the first half of 2008, where many have faced a challenging Real Estate market, our team has succeeded in becoming Multi Million Dollar Producers. The Maui market has responded to the changing national Real Estate climate by offering better prices, more inventory and lower interest rates. It has captured the interest of many international investors. "Maui No Ka Oui"(Maui is the Best) is what Condenast, vacationers and retirees have known for years. Island lovers from all over the world come to visit and many of them decide to live here full or part time.

We work full time and we know Maui Real Estate inventory inside and out! As Maui residents for over 20 years we have grown and changed with the Islands. Like most people that relocate to Maui, we were drawn to the sunny South Shore with its pristine beaches and warm weather. After many years of working and living in the Kihei and Wailea areas, we decided to relocate and build a home on the North Shore. The weather is cooler there with larger parcels of land . There are more options for schools and an idyllic country setting for raising children or just getting away. Having called both South Maui and the North Shore/Upcountry areas home we have gained a deeper knowledge of these communities.

Maui has so much to offer. A typical day for us could entail swimming on the South Shore after an Open House, followed by soccer practice in Paia and Boy Scouts in Kula/Keokea. The whole island has become our playground. We may not be able to escape to the beach everyday but when needed to rejuvenate or relax, it is just a short distance away.
