I have been an active agent in the Los Angeles area for over 14 years. Having been born and raised in Southern California gives me an added knowledge of hidden gem areas in the city. My experience as a an agent extends from working with investors looking for fixer type properties either for flipping or long term investments to regular buyers and sellers.

I have also completed over 2,000 Broker Price Opinions for the largest banks in the industry. I guess you could say that I know what it takes to analyze a property to put on the market and sell, or for a buyers potential purchase. Throughout my career I have sold properties in just about every city, but specialize in the Los Feliz, Echo Park, Mount Washington, Highland Park, Eagle Rock, and the surrounding areas.

I am also a certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist. In today's market we are seeing more and more consumers in need of good practical advice when it comes to Short Sales and how they work. Nothing is worse then being involved with a Realtor who doesn't know the intricate ins and outs of this process. Rest assured that I do and can answer any question you have regarding this.
