After working in the law enforcement for 11 years, I started working in the real estate industry in 1983. First I worked for a mortgage company. A few years later I started my own brokerage firm with a partner and sold homes and condominiums in Germany, Spain, Italy and France.

Since my move to Florida in 1993 I started referring business from Europe. In 1995 I received my real estate license and made Sarasota my permanent residence.

In the last ten years I completed the following classes to stay on top in the industry:

Specializing in waterfront and golf communities from St. Petersburg south to Punta Gorda. . Including Anna-Maria-Island, Longboat Key, Siesta Key and Venice Island. A lot experience in bank owned and short sale homes. For my investors I do property management, including evictions.
