My wife and I travelled from Maryland to Colorado over a long weekend in May and met Dominic on a Sunday. Despite the fact that my wife and I ad done alot of leg work with regard to the properties in the Windsor area, Dominic provided us with insight into the market and the nuances of the properties in the area. After we returned to the East Coast Dominic was invaluable in representing our interests with the builder. I would recommend him without hesitation.

We have used Dominic for three real estate transactions so far (2 on the selling side and 1 on the buying side) and would highly recommend him to both home sellers and buyers. We enjoyed working with him on all phases of the home buying and selling process, but I would say his strengths are in communication (with clients, other agents, builders, and other local experts) and in managing his for-sale listings. He is an agent that seems to enjoy the challenges of selling homes both in good times and bad.

Our first experience was when he helped us sell our home in a very difficult, over saturated market. He helped us price it right and actively managed our listing to make sure we were positioned correctly with the competition. With his hard work, we were able to sell our home in a short amount of time during a period where the majority of our competition was unable to find buyers, even 6 months later.

As our buyer's agent for our next home, he did an excellent job negotiating with the selling agent to get us under contract. We needed a few special conditions and timing on our end to make the deal work, and he was able to negotiate with the other agent to get a contract that worked for everyone. (And it really mattered because there were others concurrently writing contracts for the same property.)

We don't particularly enjoy selling homes or moving, so we are glad that Dominic has been able to get us through it.

**One note on the star markings above: Under "Process Expertise", we selected "good" rather than "masterful". Dominic is very good, and if there is something he has a question about or needs clarification on, he will go and find that answer for your quickly. (examples: HOA questions, zoning issues, ect.) "Masterful" seemed like an odd choice, but he is a five start Realtor!

Dominic is always very professional and quick to respond. He always made me feel like finding me a home was his top priority even though I know he had many other clients and is an in demand agent. When it comes time to sell and purchase our next home he is the only one we'll call.

Dominic and his partner Ryan were very helpful during my home purchase. Not only were they very professional and knowledgeable but they often went above and beyond showing me homes at the drop of a hat! They made what could have been an overwhelming process form me very comfortable.

I've known Dominic both personally and professionally for many years and consider him a close friend as well as a Realtor. Dominic has helped me buy and sell homes. He was very patient with us during the home hunting processes. We made offers on several homes. Unfortunately, they continued to fall through due to inspections, other offers, or a variety of other reasons. In spite of the frustrating process - his energy made the process fun!

On the sale of our home, he was also patient. We had to take it off of the market at one point due to personal issues. He was very understanding and ready to list it when we were ready to go.

Dominic took a very hands on approach with us. At one point during the inspection he found an issue for us. He then took it upon himself to call customer service for the issue we had and had them send us a new part to fix it. I have never had an agent go that far out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.
