Ready, willing, and able buyer
Real estate term describing a buyer who is prepared to comply with
terms and conditions of a purchase contract and has the financial ability to complete the
transaction. In a property having a listing contract, if the real estate broker secures a client who
is a ready, willing, and able buyer, then he or she is entitled a commission.
