- A major party to a transaction, such as a seller or purchaser of property, remains anonymous. An example is when someone acts on behalf of a purchaser who wishes his identity not to be disclosed.
- Person is not informed by an agent that there is a principal. In this case, the agent has legal ability under the contract.
