Gail has just completed a sale of our family homestead of nearly 60 years. It was a difficult sale given our criteria regarding buyers and property use after the sale. Gail and Alice were amazing. I have worked with Gail Barnard to purchase 3 homes in Lake Panasoffkee, and she has sold 2 homes for me. She is so responsive and answers all my questions. Even though we didn’t win the bid on the house, Gail was very honest of the house condition and set up an inspection that brought to light the foundation problems. Even though she lost the sale, she was very thankful for my business. Alice, her associate, was fantastic too. I highly recommend them as your real estate professionals.

Gail and her partner Alice were fun to work with. I was here, in Florida visiting my children during the 2019 Christmas holiday. Gail showed me, and then my husband once he arrived,many a property. None quite suited.... so back home.But then, up came this wonderful property that we are now busy making our own. Gail worked with us over the ether as we lived in California. Gail is a wonderful realtor. She showed us several properties to get to know our likes & dislikes. As soon as she heard that the property we now own was going on the market she knew this was the home we were looking for. She was wonderfully helpful to us and the sellers. It was a very smooth transaction for us and the sellers (who now live across the canal from us and have become good friends :) ). She also went above and beyond the call of duty and helped us find someone locally to clean the house for us before we moved in. She is amazing and very pleasant to work with. We would definitely use her again if needed and we will recommend her to anyone we know that might be interested in moving to this area.
