Aaron and his team has been great to work with. Aaron worked with me while we had house listed for sale by owner giving us advice and tips. When we listed he worked hard to get our home listed. When we received offer Aaron worked hard to get us the best deal. He worked with realtor till 10pm at night to make the contract work and get what we needed. We were on market less than 3 weeks with him and received a full price offer after being on market for sale by owner for 3 months.

We had the pleasure of working with Skylar to purchase our 1st home through a VA loan. Skylar was a joy to work with! He was always available to answer any question day or night and was very quick to respond. He was also very quick to schedule a showing for us anytime we requested . Aaron Shipley went way beyond the call of duty in selling our home. He "got dirty" and walked our property twice, even when we could not be at home to help guide him. He had an expert understanding about selling large tracks of land with more than one building. He was accessible and worked hard to please us, the sellers, and the buyers. He is an agent that I would recommend without any hesitation or qualification. He was wonderful to work with and I am so thankful to him for all he did to sell our home and property. I will miss the property and the home, but he found the right buyers that will appreciate it and worked to build a relationship with them.

We are very impressed with the Shipley team and would use them again. You get two agents instead of one. They are very hard working and knowledgeable in the real estate market. We were in a location that we knew would be hard to sell but their marketing campaign and strategies got us sold in four months. There were a few bumps along the way but they were handled promptly and professionally. Travis (our buying agent) was wonderful to work with and was always quick to respond to our requests to view properties.
