Born in Guatemala and educated at the American School in Guatemala, Ana Holley moved to Houston, Texas in 1980. She became a Realtor in 1993, and advanced rapidly to Top Producer status and Multimillion Dollar Producer within two years of being licensed. She closed over $14 million in 2012 and over $11 million by October 2013.

She understands the McMansion Ordinance for new construction or developing. Prior to purchasing lots please consult with a real estate agent. You may purchase a lot in Tarrytown or Pemberton and find out you cannot build the home you want to build. For Example I'm well versed with the McMansion ordinance in Austin texas. The McMansion ordinance is a Residential Design Ordinance of 2006 (revised 2008) which controls certain aspects of the design and construction of homes in Austin's central neighborhoods. The main objective of the McM Ordinance was to limit overall structure size on a residential lot. Prior to the Ordinance, a structures overall size was limited by the 45% impervious cover rule. This determined how large a footprint a house could have when combined with driveways, decks and other non-permeable surfaces. The McM Ordinance introduced FAR - floor to area ratio - to residential permits - at a factor of 40%. This means that for every square foot of land, an owner can build 0.4 square feet of gross floor area - GFA. For example, if the lot is 6,500 sq. ft., the maximum gross floor area would be about 2600 sq ft.

Ana Holley partnered with John Swanson in March of 2012 to form Ana Luxury Homes. They were married in March 2013 and built Austin's most dynamic, creative, and energetic Luxury Real Estate Team. Through their affiliation with Keller Williams Luxury International Ana and John are able to serve the needs of their clients throughout the greater Austin market place.

Ana is very active as a mother of three children and three step children. Her interests include skiing, hiking, running, theater and her church. A community advocate, she is active with local charities and helps the underprivileged purchase homes.

John brings his 24 years as a homebuilding Sales Trainer, Sales Manager, Senior Executive, and Company President to the partnership insuring all of Ana Luxury Homes clients are afforded unsurpassed knowledge with regard to current building practices and residential quality standards. His strong negotiating, finance, and problem solving skills facilitate many sales to occur when others thought there was little chance for success. Specializing in commercial sales, land development and working along builders he just recently partnered with Hopper Communities and is responsible for the oversight of all land acquisitions, entitlements and developments in Texas. Hopper Communities builds quality successful residential communities throughout Texas and the Carolinas.
